Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Allow 2–4 working days for main centres and 3–5 working days nationwide. Delivery is free on orders of R400 or more; below R400 a flat R100 delivery fee applies and is shown before you pay.
Payment
Payments are made securely through PayFast (card, EFT and Scan to Pay). Your order is confirmed once PayFast confirms your payment.
Returns & satisfaction guarantee
If you don’t love your coffee, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Unopened coffee can be returned, and we will always try to help you find a better fit. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with a photo and we will make it right.
First-order discount & specials
The 10% first-order discount applies once per customer and does not apply to items already on special. Specials run while stock lasts and may end without notice.
