Delivery & returns

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Allow 2–4 working days for main centres and 3–5 working days nationwide. Delivery is free on orders of R400 or more; below R400 a flat R100 delivery fee applies and is shown before you pay.
Payment
Payments are made securely through PayFast (card, EFT and Scan to Pay). Your order is confirmed once PayFast confirms your payment.
Returns & satisfaction guarantee
If you don’t love your coffee, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Unopened coffee can be returned, and we will always try to help you find a better fit. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with a photo and we will make it right.
Brew gear and machine care products
Brew gear can be returned within 7 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. The customer covers the return courier cost. Refunds are paid within 2–3 business days of us receiving and checking the returned item. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a free return and a refund or replacement.
First-order discount & specials
The 10% first-order discount applies once per customer and does not apply to items already on special. Specials run while stock lasts and may end without notice.
Sale offers
November Sale: from Monday 2 November 2026 to Tuesday 10 November 2026. Black Friday: from Friday 27 November 2026 to Monday 30 November 2026 (South African time). During each period, buy two or more 250g bags of coffee and get 20% off those bags. The offer is applied automatically in your cart. It does not apply to items already on special, to bundles, or to other products, and it cannot be combined with a promo code. The 10% first-order discount can still apply to other eligible items in your order, but never to the same bags.
